Redesigning Library Services: A Manifesto

A book that I keep meaning to read and keep finding references to. Published in 1992 by Michael Buckland, it is now available online at no charge. I understand that it focuses on designing the library in response to user needs, rather than constructing the library for the good of the librarian (who's interests and perspectives on libraries may differ from the library's users).
